Meet Daniel M. Hernandez, P.A. in Tampa, FL

Prior to opening his practice specializing in criminal defense, Mr. Hernandez was a State prosecutor for the 13th Judicial Circuit in Florida for six years. He has handled every type of criminal case, including homicide, robbery, sexual battery, narcotics trafficking, and white collar crimes. He was admitted to the Florida bar in 1977.

In addition, Mr. Hernandez is one of only a few private attorneys qualified to be appointed by the courts to handle capital murder cases. Additionally, he received a Top Secret FBI clearance in order to handle sensitive espionage cases in the Middle District of Florida.

A graduate of the University of South Florida (undergraduate), Mr. Hernandez attended the University of Florida School of Law. He is also a member of several associations dedicated to promoting the practice of criminal defense law, such as the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Tampa Bay American Inns of Court. Mr. Hernandez is also authorized to appear before the US Supreme Court, Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, US Middle District of Florida.
